We are Unchanging True North Therapy — a family-owned and operated, family-oriented practice right here in rural Kentucky. Between us we have 24 years of first responder experience serving both on fire depts and EMS, where we've sat with families on their worst days and seen trauma and grief firsthand — often with people we know by name. We know what it's like when help feels far away, so we started this practice to give our neighbors somewhere safe to turn. Our family is guided by faith, and we try to serve others with the same compassion, honesty, and grace we've needed ourselves. We treat everyone we come in contact with like family, because to us, you are. Faith-based counseling is available upon request
